Usage/technical data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, interactions (via analytics, subject to consent).
Marketing preferences: your choices for updates/events.
Recruitment data (if you apply): CV/resumé, cover letter, links you share.
Business correspondence: emails and notes relating to sales, partnerships, and support.
We do not intentionally collect special category data via the Website.
3) Why we use your data & lawful bases
Provide and secure the Website (essential cookies, security, uptime, fraud prevention).

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance our interests against your rights and expectations. You can object to such processing.
4) How we obtain data
Directly from you: web forms, emails, event sign-ups, recruitment applications.
Automatically: cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
From third parties (lawfully): referral partners or publicly available sources in a B2B context.
5) Cookies and similar technologies
We use a Squarespace cookie banner configured for opt-in consent. Non-essential analytics/advertising scripts are restricted until you accept. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the Cookie Preferences link in our footer. See cookie policy for details.
6) Sharing your data (recipients)
We share data with trusted processors acting under our instructions, for example:

Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4)
Advertising/attribution: Meta (Facebook) Pixel; LinkedIn Insight Tag
Email/productivity tools: e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
We require processors to protect your data and process it only as instructed. We may also share data where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data.
7) International transfers
Some providers are outside the UK/EEA. When data is transferred internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA) and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as recognised in the UK, or other valid mechanisms.

Analytics data: per provider defaults (e.g., GA4 commonly ~14 months where configured/minimised).
Business records (contracts, invoices): usually 6 years (UK).
Recruitment applications: 6–12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer.

You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object (including to legitimate interests and direct marketing), data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

Our Website/services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
